Question by chuy and I: alanon help?
my boyfriend after 1 yr finally went into a rehab to get help “great” but He found someone while he was in there and I am having a real hard TIME

That really sucks, but it’s not uncommon. Shared emotional trauma creates bonds that sometimes turn into romantic feelings.
It’s okay to grieve, but know that you’re probably better off and move on with your life.
