Lonely and engrossed in vile regret,
sitting in the house that soon will be,
perhaps, no longer hers, and looking at
the things she soon may lose. She cannot see
that no one ever foisted this on her,
that she has voluntarily consumed
that which she knew, or should have known, she could
not ever hide. Addiction has resumed
again, and all the people, places, things
with which she’s chosen to associate
have driven her again into a life
she wishes she could leave behind. To sate
the craving in her body and to feed
the patient, deadly dragon she has thrown
away precious sobriety and all
the self respect that she has ever known.

hey… you answered one of my questions and i thought i would answer yours! that sounds really good, well written! also i have a question for you. is you name david chase moyer future lawyer? because i know you! and you know me too!… oh ok… i have afriend that his name is david chase moyer *future lawyer* lol and that is just what we call him because it rhymes!
