I’ve gained a lot of weight in recent months, other health problems, causes?

Question by anonymous tipster: I’ve gained a lot of weight in recent months, other health problems, causes?
I’m a 26year old male ; 5’10” lbs.. I entered a drug rehabilitation program on June 1st and have been 100% sober since (opiate addiction, I don’t drink alcohol either) Since I’ve quit drugs and drinking I rose from 138 lbs to 196 lbs within 4 months. I was gaining a pound every 2 days for a while. I was always able to eat whatever I wanted, and since I started gaining weight I had to watch what I ate.

I now only eat two meals a day and limit my fatty foods. My weight is so unstable. Last week I weighted 174 lbs now I’m 185 lbs. I’m constantly dizzy and sick in the morning. I get so fatigued in the afternoon. I went to my PCP and frankly he doesnt’ give a crap about me because I don’t have medical insurance. I pay all out of pocket, and he said this kind of thing happens.

Well I’m sick of feeling like crap and not knowing why I’m sick? What do you think it could be attributed to? I only take one medication and that is PAXIL.

Thanks
