Ok I’m addicted to adutlry I try and try to beat it but I keep relapsing. And please don’t tell me to get counsiling or somthing like,i want to beat this on my own

I’m trying to work out if this question is for real.
You want to beat this addiction on your own – but you try and beat it but you keep relapsing. So, you can’t beat it on your own. Agree?
To commit adultery you must be married. So you do one of two things. You see a counsellor, who may give you some chance of changing your life or alternatively, tell your wife.
In medical terms, being addicted to adultery is not a mental health problem.
