Question by nico: can employer treminate job for seeking help for drug abuse?
i went to dr. and ask for help she wrote a Dr note for a 30 day leave of absence to seek treatment and 2 weeks later i got a letter saying my job was terminated

You agreed to be drug free when you accepted employment with your job. They look at it as you breaking a contract and they can terminate you if your leave of absence affects their productivity.
