Stanwood battling widespread heroin addiction among teens
Close to 50 students of Stanwood High School are receiving treatment for heroin addiction, according to Snohomish County officials. “It’s all of our problem,” said Dr. Lloy Schaaf, assistant superintendent of the school district.
