Binaural Beats – The Addiction Program

Binaural Beats has a very effective program for Addiction. Addiction is a huge problems in America and most people who are addicted to drugs, alcohol and/or cigarettes,  do not seek treatment even though they want to and they try many times to stop.

I began smoking when I started college 58 years ago.  Throughout the years I tried to cut down and I tried several times to quit.  I thought about the cost of cigarette smoking and I thought about the risk of lung cancer. Today, there are lots of so called ways to quit smoking. There are medications such as Zyban and Chantix (which can have adverse side effects for some people). There is the patch, gum, enhalers or spray.  There is group therapy and hypnosis. This is how I finally quit smoking in 1999. I saw my little 3 year old granddaughter, Emily, with a straw, trying to smoke just like Grandma.  That made me very sad. But I also wanted a computer, no, I really, really wanted a computer and knew I could not afford both cigarettes and a computer, so I chose the computer and have not smoked a cigarette since.

My three sons were addicted to drugs and alcohol.  My oldest son nearly lost his family before he was able to stop drugs and alcohol through the help of AA.  My second son’s marriage ended in divorce.  His drinking escalated until an intervention led to his entering an addiction center where he received the help he needed in stopping his addiction.  My youngest son finally received a broken jaw from another druggie and he also received help in an addiction center and is now also clean and sober.  My daughter is now also free from an addiction to prescription drugs.

Addiction is a very painful process that can disrupt and destroy lives if left unchecked. My family was in complete chaos.  It was a time of confusion, disorder and the fear was intense. I am sure that describes many families who are living with addiction.  My family was lucky that we were all able to beat our addictions but other families are not so lucky.

The mind is in control of everything the body does and that includes cravings and addictions. Several systems are on the market proclaiming success in quitting addiction. None of these programs will help you unless your brain gets on board, both consciously and subconsciously. You CAN quit by programming your mind to succeed.
