Juvenile Drug Court Coming To Northern Panhandle
In Weirton, the grand opening ceremony took place for the first juvenile drug court in the northern panhandle of West Virginia. Instead of facing criminal consequences, 10 to 17-year-olds can participate in the six- to nine-month program packed with treatment, therapy and frequent drug testing.
