Marijuana use beginning earlier
WASHINGTON, Oct. 14 (UPI) — The average age at which U.S. teenagers first use marijuana dropped significantly in a year, the director of national drug policy said Thursday.

32 detained for drinking, drugs at teen’s party
VANCOUVER – Police detained 32 people for alcohol and marijuana use at a Skyview High School student’s party Friday night. The 16-year-old’s mother was home during the party.
