Live and let live, liberal and cosmopolitan, but also connected in our tradition – the same goes for immigration to Bavaria. It are people who want the inmates of Guantanamo to Bavaria carry without having to know who is actually involved. No, I say for the Bavaria quite clear: For the inmates are first and foremost the Americans are responsible, and not us in Bavaria! There are people who want to absorb these immigrants, though the Americans have not yet have once asked. And if we ever met someone from Guantanamo record, the presumption of innocence, to ensure the Livelivihood, and the fact that there is no terror suspects is undoubtedly determined. We are neither the rehab clinic for Guantanamo nor the social welfare of the whole world. We are in Bavaria and in Bavaria we govern with brain.
