Author Releases Book to Mentor Parents of Rebellious Teens

Longwood, FL (PRWEB) March 28, 2008

Teen pressure is a growing problem today. School shootings, teen suicide, bullying, violence, sex, and drug and alcohol abuse are skyrocketing out of control. Many teens are feeling misunderstood, stressed out, not accepted, and just plain unhappy. As a parent, it is time to help our future generation find the balance in their life, be understood, be happy, enjoy the moment, and thrive at being alive. Delain Kemper’s insightful book, Every Teen Matters (paperback), debuted in bookstores recently, and parents should take cues from the easily applicable suggestions it offers about raising a teen in today’s world.

Says Kemper, “I hope [readers] will realize that they play a big part in helping their teen feel understood and accepted. Time passes quickly while raising teens. I would like parents to know to embrace this time and enjoy the moment with their teen before it passes them by.”

Being a mother who was very involved with many youth groups, Kemper saw firsthand how spending quality time with teens could make such a huge impact on their lives. God placed on her heart to write this book and share it with others around the world who are struggling with rebellious teens; the publication of this book represents the fulfillment of a long-held goal. “I feel blessed to be a mentor,” she says.
