BOCC settles lawsuit with DOJ
Although it had been scheduled for the morning public session on the Oct. 6 Board of County Commissioners agenda, the BOCC agreed to the request of County Manager Michael Craig that the matter of the proposed settlement with the U.S. Department of Justice be taken up during the afternoon session.
