Question by sharihays123: i would like to know what your opinion is of States Attorneys who make “deals” with criminals?
In my home town the States Attorney often makes deals with drug dealers if they snitch they will receive no sentence or a lesser sentence. I am thinking of a group of boys that were cooking meth in my town all were on Parole at the time. They were caught and the one who was the cooker snitched on the rest, the only two who went to prison were the 2 with no prior records. The cooker was on Parole at the time for the exact same thing and he got off with probation and part of that two be excused!!! He is still cooking meth in our community and is once again back in court and will probably just snitch his way out of it again. Does anyone know any groups that I can join to try to combat this kind of injustice? They are just letting the worst of the worst back on the streets and prosecuting the ones who have the least to do with the crimes.
