FESS scar

A video displaying surgery on a patient with massive scarring of his nasal cavity, likely due to his prior cocaine use (possibly powdered draino was cut into the cocaine). The scar was incised to identify the middle turbinate and sinus surgery could then take place. It was not surprising that the patient had considerable bloody oozing from his nose for days afterwards.
