Tadashi Ono and Martha Stewart prepare the traditional japanese hot pot dish of Beef Shabu Shabu on her hit television show. Tadashi Ono is the executive chef of New York’s acclaimed Matsuri restaurant, housed with Eric Goode and Sean MacPherson’s Maritime Hotel in Chelsea at the edge of the meat-packing district. Chef Ono is also the co-author of “Japanese Hotpots”, written with Japanese Food Report’s Harris Salat, now available at bookstores and online.
