Mayor Margaret Hornady and the city of Grand Island are joining forces with the National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse (CASA) at Columbia University to celebrate the 10th anniversary of “Family Day — A Day to Eat Dinner With Your Children” on Sept. 27.
