Butts sentenced: to pay restitution, prison time
Today District Judge John Butler said Butts will have to pay almost $ 3,000 in restitution. Butler also fined Butts $ 3,500 dollars and ordered him to serve 4 to 14 years in the Idaho State Penitentiary.
