Medical Methamphetamines and Opiates?

Question by Master Bate: Medical Methamphetamines and Opiates?
Isn’t it true that there alot of drugs based off methamphetamine and opiates that are legal (medically speaking of course)? Then why are these unquestionably legal, while there is a lot of controversy behind medical marijuana? This isn’t a political question, but I am just wondering are all these drugs based off opiates, methamphetamines, etc., safer than marijuana? Do they have some of the harmful substances that are normally in the street versions of these drugs taken out of them?
