Homeopathy is far more popular in Europe in France + in Germany in particular where it was first developed by a famous medical doctor in the 1800’s. Thus the real question is WHY do the British prefer scandals to healing? What IS it that they cannot understand whilst desperately ignoring all the trials + proof/evidence that already exists?
