War on drugs: Should marijuana be legalized?
I am grateful to John McKay for so clearly spelling out the important policy issues regarding marijuana. Marijuana prohibition has failed [“It’s high time we change the country’s wrongheaded policy on marijuana,” Opinion, Sept. 5].
