do men cheat on in-house rehab programs?

my bf its in a rehab program for a whole year without communication and he has to stay in that place that costs 600 per year. I didnt really see the place, some other relative took him, but do in-house programs separate men from woman or do they mix them together? do they have the chance to cheat or is this programs really strict about these things?
