Van Alstyne City Council outlaws K2
VAN ALSTYNE — Possibly being the first city in Grayson County to outlaw synthetic marijuana use inside city limits, the Van Alstyne City Council approved an ordinance this week to make it a misdemeanor C offense to sell, use, or possess synthetic cannabinoids and salvia divinorum, more commonly known as K2, legal marijuana, sage, pep spice, and other names.
