Lindsay Lohan Released From Jail After 14 Days; Heads Straight to Rehab
After 14 days behind bars, Lindsay Lohan is now out of jail and on to rehab. Lohan was released from the Century Regional Detention Facility at 1:35 am Monday morning and taken to a court-appointed rehab facility. The 24-year-old actress was sent to jail on July 20 after violating her probation on a 2007 DUI conviction. Lohan, who served less than a quarter of her 90-day sentence due to jail overcrowding, will begin a 90-day inpatient rehab program at an undisclosed facility, reportedly at the UCLA Medical Center. During this period, she will be under the supervision of the LA County Probation Department. Lohan could serve more jail time if she has any additional violations during her treatment. In the year following her release, she will be subject to random drug testing.
