The Two Coreys – The Intervention

This is taken from the reality show starring Corey Haim and Corey Feldman called “The Two Coreys”. The guys’ friendship had reached an all-time low and they were going to therapy to try and work things out. Feldman believes Haim is using drugs again because of his “meltdown” on the set of “Lost Boys The Tribe” so he makes a suggestion of a few people meeting with them and giving Haim advice. Corey Haim makes it clear that he does not agree to this, which is his right, and his choice. Feldman goes ahead with the plan behind Haim’s back and they are all waiting at Feldman’s house for Haim when he arrives. Pauly Shore, Todd Bridges, Feldman and Susie (the interfering wife) It starts off ok, but Pauly Shore accuses Haim of drinking alcohol during the day (it’s root beer) and of smelling of booze. Naturally Haim gets defensive (so would I in the same circumsctances!) It really does seem like an intervention to me. It all goes downhill from there and puts the two Coreys relationship down even further, breaking Haim’s trust in Feldman. I think Feldman made a really bad choice in doing this to Haim.
