Encinitas Personal Trainer – Preventing Acne

Acne is a severe problem that most people just don’t want to deal with.  Acne is not just a problem for teenagers that are going through puberty.  Acne is a sign of toxity in the body.

Personal Fitness Training in Encinitas, I have dealt with clients that have had sever acne.  There are several reasons why acne arises.  The first one being of course diet.  When we eat bad, toxins build up in our cells and body.  The result is body acne. 

Second, acne is produced when you don’t wash your skin enough or thoroughly enough, especially if you have very oily skin. 

A third reason, is drug abuse.  Yes, excessive drugs can alter your endocrine system.  And any time you alter your endocrine system, acne can be produced. 

Now many Encinitas Personal Trainers don’t know how to cure or prevent acne.  And that is ashame.  The biggest culprit to acne is your diet.  And any personal fitness trainer should be able to help you with that. 

Here is a list of things you should do to help put an end to acne:

1.  Avoid Sugars – Yes, sugars do cause acne.  They spike your insulin and can create toxity in your body.  When I say sugars, I mean sucrose, such as candies, sodas, etc.

2.  Avoid Processed Foods – Processed foods that have been chemically altered.  And its these chemicals when put into your body in large quantities that become toxic in your body. 

3.  Avoid Alcohol – I am sure you know this, alcohol is extremely toxic.  It is jokingly referred to as a poison.  And it really is.  A drink here and there is ok, but if you have a problem with acne, reduce your alcohol consumption.

4.  Avoid Caffeine – Yes, caffeine is a toxin that can produce acne.  So, lay off the caffeinated sodas and coffee.

5.  Drink Plenty of Water – Water helps flush out toxins and keeps you hydrated.

6.  Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables – Fruits and vegetables contain alot of phytonutrients that are healthy and necessary for your body to function properly.  Plus, your body needs the fiber to be regular.

7.  Do a Detoxification Diet or Fast – Yes, by fasting or detoxifiying you will be able to release all the toxins from your body and organs at very rapid rate.  You will feel so much better and healthier.  You will have tremendous energy and renewed vigor. 

Now, if you follow this advice, you should be able to reduce your acne greatly.  A good friend of mine, who happens to be an Encinitas Personal Trainer, followed my advice and reduced his acne greatly.  His diet was missing a few elements necessary to stop acne.
