What happened to my Report Abuse action for user “dee3699”?

Question by Saman d: What happened to my Report Abuse action for user “dee3699”?
I asked a question as “Why my laptop re-starts while using Photoshop? ” and the user ‘dee3699’ replied as

“throw it to the floor that should help”.

So what does YAHOO do for such abusive members? This was not a joke and I am really struggling with my latptop. If users such as dee3699 wants to fool around, maybe YAHOO should have a seperate clowns forum.

I would do that if you pay my bills at the repair store. I do have common send but I am just trying to fix it my self.
