Families share grief over fatal shooting
Manuel A. Castillo, 19, was arraigned this afternoon on charges of first-degree murder and drive-by shooting in the death of Lisa Marie Melancon late Thursday in Tacoma. Pierce County Court Commissioner Patrick Oishi ordered Castillo held in lieu of million bail. Prosecutors also have charged Olujimi A.
