I’m 15 and slim (135 and 5’11), and I began this new work out program “Speed Attic (Addict)” and it’s a program that basically is where you pull sleds and workout in their gym (I’m not sure what they are actually called, but they’re like sleds with a huge roller in the back that can be set to different weights.) The routine is rigorous and I vomit usually 1-3 time per workout. Although, I just started, I had previously been doing P90x and I was not having near as bad problems, and it’s my first week, and they moved me up to the second best group. During the sessions, I’m having to step-out and vomit, wasting around 15 minutes of my exercise time. It’s kind of embarrassing, and it’s also causing me to lose hope with the program, because people are starting to talk more and more. Will this problem go away after I adjust, or will it keep happening.
