Sir Elton John has cancelled a concert in Arizona stating he is too ill to sing after contracting food poisoning.

Sir Elton John has cancelled a concert after falling ill with food poisoning. The 63-year-old musician – who is currently touring America – was due to perform to 8,800 fans at Arizona’s Tuscon Arena last night (21.07.10) but was too ill to sing.
