CHP IDs motorcycle crash victim
A Saratoga man who died Sunday after a motorcycle crash west of Salinas has been identified as Keith Kaiser, 54. The crash happened about 4:30p.m. on Reservation Road just west of Davis Road as spectators were departing the Red Bull U.S.. Grand Prix at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, CHP officers said.
