Judge sentences Waldron
A wanted Libby man who was apprehended outside Missoula two weeks after leading local law enforcement on a chase was sentenced last Thursday in federal court.

A Lincoln County Justice Court Judge told a Judicial Performance investigator that “he allowed the devil to take hold of him” when he offered to reduce a fine in exchange for sexual favors in August 2009.
