Cleanup begins at meth lab in St. Albans
ST. ALBANS — Nearly two dozen people were evacuated, and emergency crews prepared to spend much of the night cleaning up after police found methamphetamine-making chemicals at an apartment in downtown St. Albans and residue from labs or substances at two other sites.
