A 41-year-old Andrews man convicted of methamphetamine trafficking in 2005 was sentenced to 35 years in federal prison Friday after pleading guilty to a second such charge.

Police briefs: Help needed identifying suspect in Milpitas shooting
Milpitas police are asking for help identifying two suspects in a fatal shooting who may live in the Salinas area. At the time of the Oct. 16 shooting, the suspects were driving a black sport utility vehicle with tinted windows and chrome wheels, police said Wednesday.
