I have a Question for all of the open minded people in this area.. very serious question…?
If anyone is aware of addictions.. please take the time to read on… for drug addicts their are rehabs to detox and work on becoming a better person in their journey of their recovery… but here’s the question.. for offenders that have an addiction there isn’t any safe place for them if they are at risk of offending/relapsing… Is there anything I can do to bring that to the attention of the state represenitives… as far as petitions or something of that matter goes? … If so what can I do to help get something like this started?
