My novel is about this country singer who grows up in cotton country( picking cotton) achives success and soon is pulled into the fast paced world of music. she meets a man who sweeps her off her feet and introduces her to Cocaine and LSD. Soon she is dragged into a downward spiral. this book tells of her success at thirteen (with the song Love Me like you used to do) the abuse she recived at school for being famous and her stuggle back to a normal life…
