my brother was sexually abused as a child and only remmembered a couple of years ago. he hates all of his family and seems to be on a self destruct course taking cocain and marajuana. he is very aggresive towards his immeatiate family which i cannot understand since none of them abused him

Mental Hospital. Call them. I worked in one before. DOZENS of cases like yours. But if do this, do it outta love, not exclusion.
