My daughter brought home a cold about 2 weeks ago which I finally caught. I’ve been “well” now for almost a week, no other cold symptoms except for I keep blowing globs of thick yellow or green snot out of the left nostril. No problems with the right side. I’ve been using a neti pot to rinse from the right side to the left (from the well side to the sick side) once or twice a day. I have a mild head ache that mostly centers around the left side of my nose and upper eye socket and left cheek close to my nose. If it is a sinus infection, will it go away without antibiotics? Is there anything else I can do?

Buy a whole fresh pineapple and consume it at one siting and the next day you’ll be fine. The pineapple contains Bromelain which does the job well.
