Are illegal aliens guilty of human rights abuse when they run away from an accident killing one?
Question by Untied States Of Latina: Are illegal aliens guilty of human rights abuse when they run away from an accident killing one?
Are illegal aliens guilty of human abuses themselves when they drink and drive and harm other people and run away and most flee to Mexico.
An illegal immigrant who fled to Ohio after allegedly causing a fatal car crash here will make his first appearance in Sheboygan County Circuit Court today, officials said.
Eddie Carbajal-Lile, 27, who is charged with hit and run resulting in death, allegedly ran a Town of Lima stop sign Aug. 14 and hit a car with three teenagers inside, injuring two and killing Paul B. Watry, 17, of Port Washington, according to a criminal complaint.
He will be in court this afternoon for an initial appearance on the charges, at which time a bond amount will be set. The felony charge carries penalties of up to 15 years in prison.
Carbajal-Lile was captured Aug. 29 after he and a friend were arrested for harassing a bartender in Mt. Orab, a small village about 25 miles east of Cincinnati, officials said. He gave a false name but was identified by fingerprints and held for Sheboygan County authorities.
He was returned to Sheboygan in the early morning hours Sunday, said Capt. Dave Adams of the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department.
According to the complaint:
Witnesses from the crash scene have said Carbajal-Lile walked away after retrieving his cell phone, and he called a friend twice saying he had hit something and didn’t feel good.
A friend of his told police that he had been drinking with Carbajal-Lile and several other friends at a tavern about two miles from the crash site, and that he had seen Carbajal-Lile drink at least five or six beers in the three hours before the crash.
The crash also injured Scot Mueller, 18, of Port Washington — who was driving the car Watry was in — and Jillian Fitzmaurice, 18, of Oostburg, who was a passenger.

No, they are just trying to improve their life — by ruining someone else’s. Isn’t that what they ALWAYS do?
