Why is our justice system so racist against blacks? Martha Stewart was found guilty of conspiracy, perjury and obstruction of justice, charges that carry up to a 20yr sentence yet was only sentenced 5 months in jail. Lil Kim the black rapper was only found guilty of perjury and got 1yr and a day. Sociological studies have shown that black and white teenage boys committ fairly the same crimes yet blacks are arrested at a higher rate, given harsher sentences and held longer. The supreme court once ruled the death penalty unconstitutional largely because of racial discrimination but yet it’s still in effect, a white has never been put to death for killing a black(this is sending the message that a white person life is more valuable than a blacks). Also there is a longer prison sentence for selling crack than for selling cocaine because whites sell cocaine and blacks sell crack(if you are a drug dealer), the prison sentence for methinfedamines have been lowered because it’sa white crime
Once again a white person has never been put to death for killing a black so how does this refer to everybody, and blacks don’t commit more crime than whites what the hell are you people talking about that is just what your parents and the media has taught for years the news did not say the race of a white person if they committed a crime but they were fast to let you know a person was black if they committed a crime and as for OJ and micheal they were found innocent, but I guess if it were a white person like robert blake no one dwells on it,oh wow two black folks that most people thought were guilty were found innocent now all we need is about a million more and we will be caught up with the whites. What about all the white collar crime that goes unnoticed and all the serial murderes, oh my bad I geuss they are black too.

I don’t believe it is….I am white, hubby is white…and we literally have cops telling us they are going to get us…well my hubby does. I think it is all a money thing…Famous ppl have it…and we other millions of working ppl DON’T.
