Question by abc: how can i quit drinkin?
I have Borderline personality disorder and im takin pills. substance abuse is one of the symptoms of this disorder..i know drinkin alcohol makes me feel depressed, but i still do it b/c I feel good when i drink. i go to university and im married..drinking alcohol is causing me problem at school, since sometimes i drink at night without considerin what i have to do the day after? my marriage is in danger to b/c i start fightin with m husband and keep tellin him that i’m leaving him!!! could some one help and tell me how i can get over this habit considerin that i’m sufferin from depression..
