Why do cops speed?

Maybe I’m generalizing, but I’ve noticed that a lot of them speed. I go maybe 5-10 miles over the limit, and they always seem to zoom right by me. And no, I don’t slow down when I see them, because by that time, it’s too late to do anything – they already know how fast you were going.

My dad says they have a right to, but I think it’s just an abuse of power.
I didn’t say I ‘only go 5-10 over.’ I know it’s not legal. But at least I don’t drive recklessly, tail gate, or weave in and out of traffic.

I think they abuse it too!!! I think they should lead by example…
