How bad is cocaine addiction? How bad can it get?

Question by RunningBear: How bad is cocaine addiction? How bad can it get?

Thanks for your concern – don’t worry I’m not about to touch the stuff.
In my line of work I meet a lot of minor celebrities – actors, TV personalities and musicians – and you wouldn’t believe how many people in the industry are into it. But they all seem to cope ok and use it just recreationally, whereas I thought it was much more addictive than that.
Perhaps it’s not a problem if you can afford it?
I don’t know – I was just curious.

Bad!!

Coke is SO addictive that the more you use it, the more you need to achieve the same high.

Coke is damaging to the brain and its delicate balance. It uses the chemicals your brain uses to stabilize your moods, to create your highs. As a result, you start getting depressed when you dont have cocaine in the body.

When you stop using coke, you fall into a very serious depression.

Coke is seductive, it sneaks up on you and the next thing you know, you are selling your stereo to buy coke, selling your car to buy a quarter oz, your guitar and amp, your diamond wedding ring, whatever you have of value.

trust me, and take it from someone that went thru years of depression after falling into a coke addiction, its BAD. Its been 26+ yrs of not using ANY and I STILL crave it when I see it on TV or hear the world.

You tell me…how addictive is coke?
