Which criminal deserves harder time in jail between Debbie or John?

Debbie: She got pulled over by a cop for a traffic violation and she had a crack pipe and a few small amounts of crack rocks in her posession and since she was being charged with a felony of posession of a controlled substance-crack cocaine and a crackpipe the State is required to seize her vehicle and that is exactly what the officer did and Debbie starts crying, Debbie has gotten arrested for crack before.

John: He got pulled over for a traffic violation and he had some ingredients to make meth with inside his truck and John was lying to the officer that he was nice enough to buy the items for the elderly neighbors but the officers believe that he was using those items to make meth cause of his criminal history for his meth addiction and John acted like that the officers were treating him like a bad guy, plus he had a small amount of meth in his posession and the officers ended up seizing his truck.
