I’ve been smoking for a year now and I have a history of drug use and pot use. But right now for some reason I have this cakersore- like feeling in the back of my throat kind of hurts when I swallow and this cankersore-like thing in my lip, it doesn’t hurt at all. I’ve seemed to have these for a week now. I can’t goto the doctor right now because I am in another country. Could they be signs of cancer?

I think its a start of lung cancer. See a doctor.
