Mayor: Arrest in ‘Grim Sleeper’ case ends terror
The arrest of a suspect in the “Grim Sleeper” serial killings ended a quarter century of terror in the city dating back to the first murder in 1985, Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa said Thursday.
