Question by p9c4: Vitamin A overdose. How to cleanse the body from vitamin A overdose?
I am 40 something and my hair has started falling out. So I did some surfing and vitamin A overdose caught my attention,.It discolors teeth and causes hair to fall out, amongst other thing. I had been taking 2 of the Centrum daily multivitamins instead of one. This is over the last 4-5 years. I have stopped taking them, my questions are;
1- will my hair grow back?
2-will my teeth go back to white?
3-is there a way to speed up detoxification?

Many people are taking too many vitamins ,each of us have different tolerances.One of my old friends died taking too many vitamins.Hopefully you have not done too much damage.
