Mistrial declared in murder case against woman who killed four in collision
VISTA (CNS) – A Vista judge Tuesday declared a mistrial in the case against a woman charged with murder for a 2007 head-on collision that killed four people near the Pala Casino, because of a holdout juror who couldn’t agree that the defendant was the driver.
