what illegal drug causes the most brain damage?
Question by X L R 8: what illegal drug causes the most brain damage?
just wondering what drug is the absolute worst for you. I know that drugs such as heroin, cocaine/crack, and meth are some of the most addictive ones out there. but if some one who has been addicted to one of those goes clean after a while later. would they feel long term brain damage? such as extacy? i also have heard that the hallucinations such as LSD and shrooms are an intense trip, but really dont harm you much and aren’t addictive what so ever. anyways, just wanna hear some thoughts on the most and least long term issuses. hardest to quit. and just some oppinions on the matter.

In all honesty all of them are bad for you and I would know i have done every drug that is out there as long as it didn’t have to be in a needle…ewww! I never “smoked crack” but i did smoke coke and baking soda spread on aluminum foil so I guess thats crack without the rock…The one that sent me to the hospital the most was ecstasy and that was because it causes your brain to hemmhorage.Thats how the seratonin works to make you feel the way that you feel when you are “rollin'” I had a migraine for 8 days ended up at the ER to find out what was wrong and they found small holes in my brain and knew it was from ecstasy usage…i guess it looks distinct…Thats when I quit using it. I don’t think it’s a smart drug to do whatsoever. All of the hallucinagenics are gonna have long term effects like chasers and shadows. They can last from years to end of life. Methamphetamines (speed, ice, crystal, meth, crank) all of those are going to cause nasty things to happen to your body…physically, mentally, emotionally and so on and so on. Shrooms not hurting your body is a myth. and they cause major neurological problems and with LSD always remember to tell your friends and family bye and you love them cause one day you may go on your “trip” and never come back….seen it happen twice…and if you ask me those numbers are way too high. Marijuana has some of its own issues but being i have done all other drugs….this has so far been the lesser of the evils….no overdose problem like with ALL others. Also addictiveness chances are way lower…some say there is no addiction…I disagree from a habitual user point of view. But just like all of these drugs lest we forget ALCOHOL! Also classified drugs which has the chance to provide more SIDE EFFECTS and REPROCUSSIONS! To answer your other questions..Addictivenness and harder ones to quit will definitely vary from person to person so there is no safe answer for this. Long Term and Short Term Side Effects also vary by person cause a lot of that is based on how much used in how much time so it is a case by case incident. ANd lastly for my opinion. If you are having any drug problems….TALK TO SOMEONE IMMEDIATELY! The longer you let it go the harder it will be to get control on it…

I was really lucky to escape this horrible drug habit that I had ALIVE! I count my blessins everyday and I would never ever want that life back…Sure its not all fun…I gained weight, I had to learn new ways to cope with things…hence why it took longer to quit weed and alcohol. But i am getting help and I see a counseler on an outpatient so that I dont fall off the wagon and I can learn my triggers and what makes me use so that I can learn new ways of helping….not do drugs…
