Methamphetamine stays in your body for 2-5 days after use. The only solution is drink a lot of water and cranberry juice, and try to work out as much as possible. The key is getting the water out of your body, and this can be achieved by sweating while working and urinating frequently, which is the point of drinking A LOT of water and cranberry juice. Both will make you urinate quite often.
