LeBlanc sentence upheld
LAFAYETTE — The Louisiana Supreme Court Tuesday reinstated a Breaux Bridge woman’s 30-year sentence for a fatal April 2007 crash, reversing an appellate court’s ruling that the sentence was excessive.

Court proceeds with neglect claim in Fremont County
A Fremont County judge has decided not to return three children to their parents, just days after a five-month-old died in the house.
